- Cylinder Carousel System
  • A filling carousel is intended for filling large quantities of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders. It consists of a frame with running wheels, rails, a central column for LPG and air, and a driving unit the carousel frame around the central column.
  • The speed of the carousel can be adapted to the various filling times and capacities. The dimension of the carousel is important to consider for the future filling capacity.
  • The carousel frame chosen can be equipped with a number of filling scales, selected for the present demand and possible future demands.
  • Filling carousels can be provided with equipment for automatic introduction and automatic filling scales with ejection of cylinders.

- Water Bath
  • Filled LPG Cylinders are passed through a water trough to detect Leakage of LPG through cylinder body and bung.
  • This consists of a water trough with guide rails and an integral chain conveyor which is installed along with the length of test bath.
  • The LPG cylinder are allowed to enter the test bath through gravity at the entry of water trough and exit by means of chain conveyor.
  • During the movement of cylinders through the trough leakage is detected through observing bubbles.
- Cylinder Washing Unit
  • The Cylinder washing unit ensures that the surfaces of the cylinders are cleaned before filling .
  • System consists of washing cabinet , high pressure water pump and reservoir.
- Check Weigh Scale
  • It makes last control after filling to check the LPG cylinder weights whether they are fully filled or not.
  • All types of cylinders can be checked with just one machine.

- Hot Air Sealing Machine
  • The Hot air sealing machine consists of FLP electrical control unit, FLP Hot air chamber, Pneumatic accessories, Insulated Teflon hose, Sealing gun and FLP plug.
  • Capacity 1800 cylinders per hour.
  • Hot Air Sealing system is flame proof type suitable for group IIA and IIB.
